How to use
- Apply a small amount of Clinomyn toothpaste onto the toothbrush. Make sure your toothbrush is clean and dry before use.
- Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gum line.
- Brush gently with short strokes on each tooth's surface. First, brush the outer surfaces of your teeth, then the inner, and finally, the chewing surfaces.
- Be sure to brush the inside surfaces of the front teeth as well. You can do this by tilting your toothbrush vertically and making multiple up-and-down strokes.
- Brush your tongue too to remove bacteria and freshen your breath.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
- Use Clinomyn toothpaste at least twice a day or as directed by your dentist. This product is best suited for smokers wanting to remove tobacco stains from their teeth.
